Refund Policy

At North Carolina Dance Team Alliance (NCDTA), we are committed to providing excellent service and experiences for all participants. Please read our policy carefully.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our events and programs, NCDTA does not offer refunds for any payments made. All transactions are final upon registration, and we cannot process refunds for any reason.

Future Credit

If you are unable to attend an event or program for any reason, we will issue a future credit that can be used toward any future NCDTA events, competitions, or programs. Credits will be applied at our discretion and will typically be offered under the following conditions:

• The request for a credit must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date.

• Credits are valid for up to one year from the issue date, unless otherwise specified.

• Credits can be transferred to another individual but must be used within the allowed timeframe.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergency or special circumstances, we may consider issuing a credit or adjustment on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible with the details of your situation.

How to Request a Credit

To request a future credit, please contact us at admin@ncdanceteamalliance.com with your registration details and reason for the request. We will respond promptly to assist with your request.

By registering for any NCDTA event, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund policy and agree to the terms outlined here.
