• All fees must be paid in full prior to the event.

• Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

• No refunds will be issued, only future credits.

All dancers, coaches, and attendees must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior. NCDTA reserves the right to remove anyone violating this policy.
5. Photography & Media Release
By attending an event, participants grant NCDTA the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Waiver of Liability
Participation is at your own risk. NCDTA is not liable for injuries, lost belongings, or damages incurred during any event or activity.
7. Changes to Events
NCDTA reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified via email.
8. Use of Website
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes or attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.
